Compass Rose Restaurant
The Seven Seas Voyager's largest restaurant is spacious and absolutely stunning. Tables are arranged so that most guests have a picture window view, and thanks to the handsome etched glass partitions, you'll feel like you're dining in a much more intimate room. Menus include continental specialties as well as vegetarian and spa cuisine.
Signatures Restaurant
A classically French a la carte restaurant operated under the auspices of Le Cordon Bleu®. Le Cordon Bleu is undoubtedly the most famous culinary school in the world today and these are the only restaurants at sea today operated by Le Cordon Bleu chefs.

The ambience onboard the Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner, is classically and elegant French, of course, and the cooking techniques are those handed down by generations of Cordon Bleu Chefs, but the cuisine is far from traditional - a marvelous mixture of culinary delights as inventive and eclectic as tomorrow.
In order to ensure the authenticity and quality of the Le Cordon Bleu experience from Paris, we are unfortunately not able to accommodate alterations from this menu. This elegant venue is only open for dinner, the Dress Code requires Jackets for Gentlemen and Informal for Ladies.
Latitudes
With tastes to reflect the cuisine of regions visited on select itineraries, Latitudes, the most intimate of restaurants on the Seven Seas Voyager and Seven Seas Mariner, will now serve a distinctly Indochine-styled cooking influenced by a broader Asian palette. Authentic Vietnamese fare will be prepared using French cooking technique, served in traditional family-style by Asian waitresses. The set menu - with portions sized to invite tasting and sharing - features five appetizers (e.g., fresh Imperial Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Roll and Fried Vegetarian Won Ton with Shaoxing Rice Wine), one soup and salad plus three main courses (e.g., Aromatic Prawn Curry with Lemongrass and Piquant-Garlic, and Galangal-Marinated Chicken Thighs), framed by side dishes like Chiang Mai Fried Rice and Fried Egg Noodle with Vegetables, topped off by a dessert. Fine wines paired with the Indochine menu will be poured on a complimentary basis.

This restaurant is open only for dinner.
La Veranda
The festive La Veranda is filled with the light-hearted bonhomie you might find in a small trattoria or French brasserie. Here you can enjoy an enticing mix of Mediterranean cuisine with a North African influence. Stuffed aubergines, for example, or Lamb Tagine with dried Figs and Almonds. La Veranda is also the venue for elaborate breakfast and lunch buffets in a more casual atmosphere.
Constellation Theater
In the Constellation Theater, an expectant hush gives way to applause as the curtain opens on a spectacular performance. Dazzling Broadway musical revues are presented the state-of-the-art, two-tiered show lounge with its full-size proscenium stage. The dynamic production shows including Oh, What a Night, Broadway Today and On a Classical Note were created by renowned producer Peter Grey Terhune.
Casino
In the mood to gamble? Drop by the elegantly appointed Casino, where croupiers deal the cards and announce the plays with a savior-faire that would make James Bond green with envy. Gaming choices include blackjack, mini-craps, roulette, video poker, and slot machines.
Voyager and Horizon Lounge
In the Voyager Lounge, happy groups gather around the bar for a pre-dinner cocktail as the obliging pianoman renders faithful versions of your favorite songs. It's only a few steps to the Compass Rose Restaurant, so you may well linger awhile. Oh, yes, we didn't forget about the dancing. Make your way back to the stunning Horizon Lounge where a dance floor in the shape of a three-quarter moon overlooks the sea.
Lounges and Cigar Bar
Settle into a comfortable English club chair in the Connoisseur Club, and light up a hand-rolled cigar from the climate-controlled humidor. Or watch for falling stars in the romantic Observation Lounge accompanied by the grand piano or, perhaps, a cabaret artist.
Classes and Workshops
Bridge Masters & Computer Classes: Guests who prefer to take a cyberpath to enlightenment will find at least 14 computers in the Club.com, 4 computers in the Internet Caf, and both color and laser printers, all available for a nominal charge. Free computer classes include Introduction to E-mail and Advanced Word Processing and Digital Photography may also be available. Or if bridge is your game, a certified Master Bridge instructor can teach you the fine art of contract or duplicate bridge in the card room. Le Cordon Bleu Workshops: Our exclusive Le Cordon Bleu Class Culinaire is available on select sailings, a hands-on experience taught by chefs trained in the Le Cordon Bleu method of classic French cooking. There is a charge of $395 per guest for this exclusive course.
Sport Activities, Pools and Whirlpool
Deck 12 is devoted to sports with golf cages, shuffleboard, paddle tennis and a full-circle jogging track. One flight down, the teak pool deck is one of the most expansive at sea, includes a large heated pool, two whirlpools, table tennis, and a Pool Bar and Grill.
Other Divisions
Additional options include art auctions and a library well stocked with books, DVD's and assorted games. There are duty-free boutiques and a Photo Shop with film and camera equipment. And every afternoon, high tea accompanied by fresh scones and other delicacies is served in the Horizon Lounge.
